Ordering was easy. Staff was friendly and courteous. We got the Chicken and Dumplings for lunch, to go, quickly. Reasonably priced, plenty of food. The chicken was moist and tasty. Dumplings were very good. Mashed potatoes could have used more gravy, but were good, biscuits were a little hard, but still tasty. The fried apples are amazing.

They food was amazing here as Cracker Barrel is. Our server was awesome although I can’t remember her name. The only thing that I thought was a little bit frustrating was there was a 40-minute wait around 2:00 p.m. on a Wednesday afternoon which seemed a bit extreme. I would definitely recommend coming here for the food but if this is a usual wait time, I would take that into consideration.

Love the dinners here. Couldn’t stay to eat, as only 2 waitresses are on now. 45 minute wait. But, same great food! In fact, my dining partner fought me for the fried apples! I could eat here every day and never get tired of the great home cooking! (And I love the cute gift shop that changes items from time to time, just as wallet recovers…).
