I love shopping here. Being a big guy I have a lot of limitations on where I can shop and find clothing that fits me well. The staff at DXL are always friendly and accommodating. The price points vary from affordable to more luxury items. It’s a great place if you don’t want to shop at Wal-Mart!

My experience this time around was better but still not the experience I look for when shopping in a store whose merchandise is expensive.I have yet to receive the help I expect when entering a store that had no other customers. The store associate, even though her demeanor was more pleasant than my previous experience, she was more concerned with restocking shelves than assisting me.You’re company needs to employ individuals who LOOK like the customers you’re trying to serve. Entering a store dedicated to serving the overweight community only to deal with store associates whom are skinny and don’t battle with obesity, appearance issues, low self esteem, and appear to not care about their customers becomes difficult to even shop.Many groups of people are battling for inclusivity, conformity, equality and working for and participating with companies that understand their needs. Our current culture is deemed a “cancel culture” which basically means anyone can be ruined if they’re deemed oppressive. DXL’s hiring practices can be deemed oppressive and I wouldn’t like to see your company put in the cross hairs of this culture because you don’t hire employees who are Big & Tall.The attitudes of your employees are very disappointing.
