Erich Walker at the Cropsey Avenue store, was very helpful and patient as he worked with us to find the perfect recliner for our needs. He first showed us basic recliners and only when none met our needs did he offer us a premium brand. All in all we must have been with him for about an hour and a half and never did he try to push us into making a decision until we were ready. We found him to be very personable throughout.
