My wife and I were visiting the Lake Placid area and we were experiencing a problem with our car. I needed professionals and pulled into this dealership and without hesitation they agreed to look at my car as soon as they had somebody available. Kate White was my service advisor and listened patiently to my tale of woe. Fortunately, they were able to resolve the problem with a loose brake caliper bolt and had us on our way in about than thirty minutes. Very impressed that the team made sure to torque the bolts to spec and also the wheel nuts were torqued to my exact specification. Very friendly, helpful and most of all professional.

Made an appointment for a synthetic blend oil change. Provided the VIN at appointment setting. Arrive on time, they change the oil with full synthetic and totally overcharged me the quote I received. The excuse was they looked up what my car takes…which was incorrect and just did what they wanted without permission. Then acted like I was in the wrong. Never again!!

Absolutely horrible customer service. Went here for a recall that I was told would take 45 minutes and after a hour and a half of waiting I asked someone how much longer it would be because I had to go to work and he walked away without even looking at me or letting me finish what I was saying. When dropping my car off he was rude as well.
