We had a fantastic experience shopping for a drawing tablet last Saturday. Colin, the sales associate who was helping us, was patient with our questions and incredibly knowledgeable with the products and our options. Overall, he made it much easier than anticipated and we left happy!

The store seems to have fewer selections than before. Since the COVID crisis, the store seems to have pivoted to a model where they prefer the customers to buy online instead of in store and just do curbside pick up.One + is that they still accept electronics for recycling for free, except for CRT TV’s and monitors, where they charge $25 for each one, which is fairly standard.
