The store personnel are friendly and helpful. The technicians that work behind the pharmacy counter, who think they are pharmacists are snotty, and arrogant. They also lack the attention to detail needed to be behind that counter.when they have made an error and call back to the store to inform them, they are abrupt and rude!!. Like I am the reason they filled the wrong script or billed the wrong insurance co. The upper echelon of CVS should start to hold the pharmacist responsible for the conduct of these individuals. They supervise them directly and I am certain they overhear their conversations…
