I would give a negative star rating if possible. I have used Walgreens Photo without problems in stores all over the country with great results. Unfortunately when you purchase photos online the system pushes your order to the closest store to the address you are mailing to and this particular shop is so poorly run they have no idea what they are doing. They can’t seem to get an address right. Their equipment is broken half the time and they don’t tell you, just keep your money without delivering products. No one knows what the heck they are doing. I’ve tried appealing to corporate to allow another store to take over my order, but that is not our process. Maybe their in person service is better? But my guess with this level of incompetence, probably not. Just use another service. It will save you a lot of hassle, and money.

Went to pick up western union always use a security question because I’d is damage which I always go to this location so today (White lady black make up decided to be rude & give me trouble I was very nice she called manager explained situation he finished my transaction and told me don’t come back to the storeWhich was odd because I always come here and was told I didn’t need id if I had the answer to the question to the Security question if that’s the policy then be mad at your employees if they did they job correct there wouldn’t be a misunderstanding Manager says they don’t take security questions if that’s soo why when I type info on computer it one of the questions I have to answer correct before I can check out with cashier
