I spoke with Erwin over the phone and he was very helpful. Noticing where I live – he called me back to let me know there was another location even closer to me than his location – great service.Then when walking in to complete a pillow exchange (great policy), he greeted me by name at the door.He and Catalina spent quite a bit of time helping me find the perfect pillow match for my sleep style and body; I would’ve been lost in the weeds without their help. Walt was working with other customers and he was able to provide input as well.Pillow exchanged, and a duvet cover and faux fur blanket (75% OFF, ON SALE!) later, we left extremely happy customers. You will be in very good hands at this location.

If you’re looking for a new mattress, go to this location. Upon entering the store we were met with a warm greeting from a salesman named Erwin. He spent over an hour helping me pick out the mattress that was right for me while explaining product and all of the benefits they have to offer. The bed I ended up picking was the M7 which is completely different from the one I had placed in the online shopping cart. DO NOT BUY A MATTRESS ONLINE!! I would have picked the wrong one if I did so. I recommend trying one before buying. Also I was very impressed with the zero gravity setting that Erwin demonstrated, seriously felt like I was floating in the air. It was because of this demo that I decided to buy the flex fit along with the mattress. Over all was a great experience I highly recommend making a visit if you’re in the market for a new mattress.
