We had such a great experience. Everyone that assisted us was so incredibly helpful. Everyone was extremely attentive and helped us pick the perfect frames and lenses. They went above and beyond. They noticed that my daughters older glasses were missing a nose piece and repaired them so she could be more comfortable while she waited for her new ones to come. The entire experience was effortless on our part and I couldn’t be happier. I’m actually looking forward to getting my next pair. I usually dread picking out frames.

My daughter broke her glasses we had been taping and gluing them together for a couple weeks because I thought we had to have an appointment to go in. We ended up stopping by to pick out a new pair. Everyone was so understanding and nice, they swapped my daughters lenses out into a new frame for her and helped us order new glasses for the future. The best example of a poorly managed organization. They will pepper you with calls and texts regarding insurance BUT when they cancel the appointment the day before there ARE NO voicemails nor texts. So you show up on your lone day off to hear, ooops sorry. See you next month.
