The people there are awesome! Everyone from the receptionist, nurses and doctor were pleasant and helpful.Unfortunately whoever is responsible for scheduling hasn’t considered the inconveniences caused to a patient who is waiting for a procedure. I show up at our scheduled time 11:30 and check in. At that point I’m informed my wife can’t accompany me to the waiting room because it’s full. I proceed to the gastroenterology office where I’m informed the wait is about one to one and a half hours. So I sit and wait alone, hungry and uncomfortable all while social distancing and masked. Waited till 2:30 to finally be taken in and prepped. The same thing happened when my wife had her colonoscopy a couple of years ago. We waiting for hours? If other businesses were run this way they’d fail! You put your profits ahead of your patients and it’s wrong!You can and should do better!

Sign-in Security to Testing Lab staff with a kind doctor finishing the test was painless. Great instructions and assuring with plenty of time to adjust and the schedule was less than 2 hours and back on the road with the hired ride from Get There/Yellow Cab’s specialist driver – Mike’s Taxi. Witnessing the Caring in full circle by all parties. Thank you and wishing you the Greatest in your Lab Team & Thank you all for your front-line services! God Bless.
