I feel that I paid too much for my visit, on top of having to pay a lot in taxes upfront, just to have my preparer enter the information verbatim from my forms. I wish they would have told me I could just do it at home for free. I did appreciate the peace of mind of knowing my taxes are submitted since it was the last day, but I still think it was too expensive for what it was. I also wish staff hadn’t been so lax about their face masks.
