Amazing Service! My vape shop in Wisconsin recently stopped buying Yeti products so I had to turn to the online Yeti to get what I needed. I have only vaped 2 different flavors at 12 nic from Yeti over about 4 years of vaping! I fell in love with those flavors and stuck with them religiously. I placed my first order online from this Yeti Vape Store. I only ordered one of my 120ml bottle, when i usually order 3 or more 120ml bottles, to test the waters since it was my first time doin it by myself online, not from my local vape shop. The online process was really quick and easy. I got my tracking and order info right away and was able to track its progress. It actually went super fast, i got a delivery date within 3 days of order and it was coming to Wisconsin so i was really happy with that timeline. Well delivery day came and i got an email saying my package was delivered. I checked my mailbox and porch and everywhere and there was nothing. I looked to see what the delivery notifications said for delivered address and it said someplace in NJ! Lol I have no idea what happened because all info i entered was correct so i called Yeti and immediately got someone and told them my issue. He was absolutely amazing! He immediately apologized and assured me this doesn’t happen and he would fix the problem right away. He did everything really quick on the phone with me and even said he would package it personally and send it out that day and even added an extra 120ml bottle for the mix up! I was blown away at the level of customer service here! They went above and beyond with my order and were really great and understanding. I do not see this type of care in customer service anymore let alone getting a live person immediately when you call! It was extremely nice to see this and be able to witness how this whole company and process works. Some may say why 5 stars if ur first ordered was messed up? Well orders get mixed up all the time, its hard to know who or what was really at fault but this Yeti guy took all responsibility regardless and immediately made it right!! I am beyond happy with this company and will be gladly continuing my business with them from now on. I have all the thanks and respect for this company and am extremely happy to have found them for my Yeti Juice! Thanks Yeti for your amazing customer service, awesome staff, and understanding. You guys really go above and beyond for your customers near and all the way out to Wisconsin apparently 🙂
