I really enjoyed my visit to Flushing Optical. Everyone was so nice to me. The prices are fair. The facility is spacious and comfortable. And the eye exam is superior to exams done elsewhere.The store associate who helped me was Christina. She provided great customer service and was very accommodating and courteous. She even helped me look into my UFT vision benefits and called me back like she said she would, before I had even spent a dime there. The doctor, Dr. Mary Chen, was AMAZING. She conducted the best, most comprehensive, and accurate eye exam ever. Dr. Chen was extremely thorough, communicated clearly and answered all of my questions. (Trust me, I have had poor eyesight since I was a kid and have had numerous exams. Dr. Chen’s exam was the best of them all.)If you are looking for contact lenses or glasses at a fair price with the most accurate prescription and you want excellent customer service, come to Flushing Optical. (Side Note: Their sister store in Chinatown, Mott Street Optical, is also great. I’ve been there many times.)
