Very nice and helpful. Made custom name and number pretzel and a couple of buckets of rivets for my son’s birthday. Everything was fresh and delicious. Will definitely use for all our parties from now on.

I ordered through doordash later in the evening… the pretzels were cold hard and old they tasted like they were cooked two days prior I know I ordered later in the day but you would think they would make fresh batches throughout the day… no reason for them to be delivered cold I literally stay 3 minutes from this location I just did not feel like driving as I have a headache… they should not fulfill orders later in the day if they know they’re going to give you the worst of what they are throwing away

This dumb kid just gave me the biggest attitude. I’m posting a picture so you can see that they don’t value their customers here. I’ve gone to plenty of Pretzel Factories and I won’t come back here just based off his trash attitude alone.
