One of the friendliest Stewart’s in Plattsburgh – staff and customers alike, and despite another customer’s ice issue (of which I’ve never had a problem), the staff are always willing to help. These guys and gals juggle so many tasks at the same time it’s impressive, plus somehow the store is kept tidy and well stocked all day. Great job!

What is it about shop #200 that makes it the weakest link in the wonderful Stewart’s chain?I go to Stewart’s Shops about 5 to 6 days a week all over Clinton county. Unfortunately this is the shop that is close to my house.Every Stewart’s I grab the biggest coffee cup and ask for a couple cubes of ice (so I can drink my coffee sooner). At Shop #200 I am often told we can’t put ice in your coffee. When I ask why, I am told that it is because ice cost money.ALSO…recently I went in, got a cup of their hot coffee and when I got back to my car I noticed that my cup had a leak, when I went in to get a new cup…I was told that I would have to buy another coffee. My advice to customers; don’t ask for ice on Rugar ST in Plattsburgh or maybe just go to the several other Stewart’s in town (#200 is not worth the headache).
