Great roots location. It’s in the Fallsview casino, so parking around it might be a bit wonky, but the store itself and the staff were great. Super friendly and helpful without being pushy – it’s a fine line people!! Was able to find what I wanted easily enough and checkout was a breeze. Would definitely return to this location next time I wanted something from Roots!

Had my first visit with the official Roots mascot today. A very cute enormous beaver in red tee and hiking boots, with his tail hanging out of his jean shorts. He was very good with the kids on an incredibly hot and busy Saturday in Niagara Falls. Smart marketing, Roots! Good job!
