We had an accident with our fairly new car this past winter. German’s service was great. He replaced two doors for us and did an excellent job with re-painting the car. Helped us with the rental car company and was very responsive when we needed to adjust the alignment of one of the doors. I hope I don’t have to but would gladly use his services again.

I had my Classic BMW 6 Series repainted here. The owner, ‘German’ (Herman), was almost completely incompetent. What should have taken two weeks took him an entire summer to finish. Whenever I came to see the progress, he was never working on my car. As the weeks dragged into months, he eventually hired someone to finish my car. The finished product was poor. He cut corners at every turn. The paint job was rushed and careless. The paint was sprayed thinly and not enough layers were used. There were even paint blotches visible. To make matters worse (as though it could), the guy has an attitude problem and is arrogant. When the car was given there was a full tank of gas. When it was returned the tank was empty and the battery was dead– After a jump, I couldn’t even make it to the gas station and needed to abandon the car to get gas. Arms should be cut off for such a poor job– which in German’s case would be one arm since he only has one. Upon close inspection all professionals comment on the poor paint work. It’s only because of the beauty of the car itself and the beautiful color I picked out that the car is redeemable. I would not trust him with painting a dog house. You’ve been warned!
