I got engaged the same day and wanted my engagement ring to be from the local area to make it extra special, we wandered into the store and were immediately helped. We were sat down and were talked through everything. The ring I decided to go with was perfect and had a diamond hand picked by the owner himself. It fit just right so I knew it was the one but if it had been to big he advised it would be resized within 24hours before we left. He provided us with some bits to read and a DVD of the diamond process which I thought was a lovely and memorable touch. Everything was bagged up beautifully and he even gave us a bottle of wine with the stores name printed onto the front which was such a nice thing to do. If you need an enganement ring this is definitely the place to go!
