The Mustard Seed Restaurant has its roots in good food, faith, and friendship. Nettie’s vision of creating a restaurant where people could come together for fresh, home-cooked meals, regardless of dietary restriction or personal tastes, turned into a gathering space for many across WNY. Bob and Laurie Scudder and Scott and Ashley Emser became patrons of the restaurant and fast friends with Nettie. When the opportunity arose to bring this vision to life in Fredonia, the Scudders and the Emsers eagerly jumped at the chance to bring the unique flavor to a new location in downtown Fredonia. Here at The Mustard Seed we’re famous for our grilled haddock. The Rajun Cajun and the Hawaiian Cashew fish dinners are definitely customer favorites!

Had the Rodeo Burger and it was top notch. It was juicy but not fatty. The onion ring and buns were crispy but still soft. The sweet potatoe fries were excellent. Absolutley recomend!
