I am in this place and there are more than 300 people together with no capacity restrictions I just spoke with the manager and he told me that he cannot do anything, we are still in a pandemic and there must be controls to keep everyone safe.

Worst line ever horrible guest service at checkout. The cashiers can clearly see the line spilled out to the sales floor and they just didn’t care. They continue to stop at least 3 to 5 minutes after each customer to put away hangers and talk to other cashiers, play with spider wraps and hang clothing. I was told that the line sometimes goes on the exterior sales floor.
