I dropped off a Casio G Shock watch about a month ago for a battery replacement. Its now 5-3-2021 and I still dont have my watch back yet, without so much as a phone call or email telling me that its been done. They gave me a story that the person that does the battery replacement came down ill with something and couldnt do the work that needed to be done. So am I supposed to be inconvenienced because of this? I dont think so. Bottom line is, that I think their customer service stinks. I gave them a phone call today; asking them to call me back, so we’ll see if they do that as requested. Its not been life or death if I have the watch back quickly, but its just the idea that they havent been best at reasonable customer service.

Stopped by at the recommendation of a friend to have my grandmother’s ring resized. It’s a rather old piece and they were very honest about the integrity of a repair which I greatly appreciated. I will definitely be going back!
