The store is clean and associates are friendly when you finally locate them. Today, and on previous visits, when I approach the front desk no one is there to ring up my purchases. That would be ok IF there was a bell or a button to alert associates a customer is at the register. No customer should have to walk throughout the store looking for the cashier. I used to work at a Rite Aide in another state, both up front and back in the pharmacy. We had a small, not too annoying bell which helped us multitask and still be on hand to cash people out. It made it much easier for both employees and customers.

Was told all my scripts were ready for pick up, my husband goes to pick them up. He comes home, my pain medicine is not there. I call back, they tell me I can’t pick that up til tomorrow. I have terminal breast cancer on a limited income, and now I have to cancel my surgery appointment this week because I have to waste the gas to drive back out there tomorrow to pick up my pain meds and won’t have enough for gas to get to my surgery. Thank you so much Rite Aid
