I was so excited to see this location open up. I couldn’t wait to look around. On my very first visit I came across a display of the prettiest scrapbook paper and the sign said Buy one get Two Free, I picked out my 3 favorite packs. When I got up to the register I was informed that it had to be the 100 count pack to get the deal and I had the 48 count packs. I said the sign doesn’t say that and the cashier replied I know, people keep coming up here with the wrong pack, ok so take the sign down or fix the display. Not a very good first impression at a grand opening. Very disappointed.

I was very excited to try this new store as we haven’t had a craft store in some time. I had a 20% off coupon on my phone and was unable to bring it up as the wifi isn’t great. The manager refused to allow me to use the store coupon if I couldn’t pull it up myself. Not what I’m used to from Michael’s. Pretty disappointing.
