If I could give 0 stars I would. Just another fake outdoor outfitter store in the 315. Very unknowable staff one who when I asked for Nikwax for water proofing my boots they brought me to shoe polish and the other when I asked if they had 30L hiking bags they brought me to a water bladder. Very unfortunate wish this one was different but the 315 will still have to wait for a genuine outfitter that isn’t bass pro.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Went looking for ladies outdoor boots and was SORELY disappointed. The women’s boots took up one rack. The men’s boots? 10! Offensive and sexist! Plus no one in sight to help (of course). The lady up front had the bad luck to ask me if I found what I wanted… yeah, no.

We bought a winter jacket and snow pants and returned them after 4 weeks because the fit was too small/ tight.Obviously the fault Lowe’s hours, had nothing to do with the store or its employees. They went above and beyond to work with us to rectify the situation. Even ordering us a style of jacket they don’t even stock. Very impressed by their customer service, they really spent a lot of time with us.I would recommend them to anyone. We definitely plan on giving them much more business in the future.
