I was told my purchase would ship within one day and arrive one day later due to my local address. It took four days to ship and an additional two days to deliver. I also never received a response to any of my email inquiries regarding my order, and when I called the phone would ring until the line disconnected. The website has little to no details about products, and the whole process was extremely vague and frustrating. I’d honestly rather spend extra money to buy from somewhere with a higher level of professionalism and customer service.
