I hate the New Capital One The hours stink for working people and the lines are ridiculous on Saturdays. I’ve been with the bank a long time but I’m seriously thinking of closing all my accounts and looking for a more user friendly bank. I need hours before 9am and after 5pm. I have a CD that came due and I can’t transfer the money into one of my other accounts with out having to go wait on line on a Saturday when I have a million other things to do! Most of my other banks send a form asking me what I want to do with the money once the CD comes due. All that being said I like the people that work at the bank but not the bank’s new policies.
