Terrible delivery times. The good money I pay for Amazon Prime doesn’t matter to these idiots. My guaranteed 2 day shipping isn’t honored by them. It’s a 50/50 shot to go down there in person and pick it up because half the time I get the oh it isn’t sorted yet and they always seem pissed when you ask. Maybe if they delivered my package on time I wouldn’t have to to down there and pick it up. Amazon says my package is at the post office, yet their website says it’s still all the way in Pittsburgh. To put the icing on the cake they’ve literally left a sorry we missed you note on my door without even bothering to ring my door bell or knock. Leaving me to have to jump in my vehicle and chase them down to get my package. My buddies driver on his street literally drives by half of the time because he doesn’t feel like stopping. Then at the end of the week he gets a huge delivery of mail. From now on if given the option I’m selecting another carrier even if it costs more. I’m done with these guys.

All around great customer service. Couldn’t find a better carrier service if I tried. I’ve never had any problem with late packages or rude workers. The gentleman whom delivers to me is always on time and always very polite. Would highly recommend.
