I needed to get my daughter a birthday gift and what she wanted was a yellow gold chain, so i walked in to Newburgh Mall and went to the Kay Jewelers first. One girl there was busy on her phone, another lady was next to her and the other was behind a computer screen at her desk. I was ignored by all 3 of them, after looking at 3 display cases so then i walked over to Hannoush Jewelers and the young lady there right away said hello, if there is anything you need help with please let me know. They Win!! My business, that is. Customer service counts in my book! Only spent $800.+ but i have a beautiful piece for my daughter and I’m sure she’ll love it!
