Terrible place. I went to order my phone on November 3rd. I was told that my phone will get to their location in maximum a week. I was promised to have the phone no later than that. My phone was delivered to their location on December 16th. That is more than a month. While calling the store I was getting incredibly rude service. When I went to the store to give my trade in phone back. They processed it as a $700 credit for my phone when I was given the contract for $800 trade in value. The representative got incredibly angry and rude when I corrected her on the amount on the credit I’m supposed to get. She started blaming me for not telling her that the trade in credit I got was $800 instead of $700. She spoke to me in a very ugly manner telling me that I was on my phone instead of telling her my trade in value. Why am I supposed to say something when I didn’t know it could be a different amount in the first place. One of the ugliest customer service experience I had. Just don’t go here.

Level of customer service in this store have been way, way, way below ATT level. He is trying to sign you to the plan they want instead of helping customer to get what he want. When he saw that I am not signing up for what he wants, he started screaming – not going to go back to this again.

Stay away from this place! They are Shady! I went in to buy a phone and he ran a credit check….after I found out he did not have the phone in stock and it would have to be ordered online and it would take a few days to receive it. I told him to forget it I did not want to proceed. In the meantime a port out request was sent to my current carrier to port the number out to at&t. I went in to tell him to cancel it and was told to call At&T directly. Poor customer service I would not purchase anything from here and it makes me not want to do business with At&T.
