I have been shopping at Romeo’s Gifts since I arrived in Albany in 1991!! Romeo’s has never disappointed ! There is not a time that I am able to find a gift for family and friends, or myself. Joe is a great guy! He know’s his stuff and he knows his merchandise. His prices are reasonable and over the years the staff have been wonderful . There is not enough that I can say about Romeo’s Gifts! I LOVE THAT STORE. It has been a mainstay on Lark Street for 35 years!!! I have seen a number of businesses come and go during my time here (I live around the corner from Lark, and it’s really nice to be able to go into a store where the owner and staff know you, and who are not afraid to speak with you- whether to find ut how they can help you select a gift or give suggestions, or to just talk about the weather, LOL!! The big picture Window in and of itself is a reason to visit. I call Joe the Mayor of Lark Street! It’s a staple and an icon of the lark street area. His prices are reasonable and the merchandise great! If you find yourself in the area, stop by. Tell them Cordell Sent You1

What a fantastic gift shop! My husband and I went and bought a variety of things (both sexual and non) for our home, and not only was the quality of the products phenomenal, but the prices were a steal! Not to mention the welcoming atmosphere and absolutely stellar customer service from Joe himself. We will definitely be coming back for tree ornaments! I love this place!

I have been shopping at Romeo’s Gifts since I first moved to Albany, NY at age of 26. I am now going on 52 and still shop there. Mr. Joe Romeo, the owner of Romeo’s is a staple of the Lark Street Community. He is very knowledgeable of the fine jewelry that he offers ( at very reasonableprices for REAL silver) and this prices are affordable. There is something for everyone there! All of the staff are very friendly too. a great atmosphere and a great place to shop. I love Romeo’s!
