This product is definitely worth the money.I was going to an outdoor wedding in July. I was so nervous that the heat would overcome me and I would have to leave early. Could I wear it under my fancy dress? Where could I freeze it in the hotel the night before?No worries! The cold packs only have to be in the refrigerator, to become frozen. They fit easily in the hotel room mini fridge. No one could tell there was anything under my dress! The Therm Apparel vest was wonderful and completely comfortable. You will be very happy to own it, it gives you blissful relief for a few hours.

Service was great. Unfortunately, I couldn’t consider it sufficient to do the job of medical grade cooling vest. It’s concealable and should be marketed and listed with fashionable items that help you stay cool. It’s like having a light weight vest with a pouch that holds a sleeve of popsicles. Don’t expect the pouch holding your popsicles to be insulated to keep them cold. This cooling vest isn’t like the other one that I was fortunate enough to get years ago. That first cooling vest was heavier because multiple insulated pockets to kept you cool much longer and better than this kind. That one had velcro closures at the shoulders as well as the waist. Having MS I cannot recommend this as medical grade cooling device. If you suffer from MS ( or other medical conditions) you’ll need to get another type of cooling vest. I doubt this is going to be what you need. I would recommend investing in one that has more pockets that are insulated to keep your body cool enough to keep you safe from being over heated.

I’m so grateful for finding out about Therm Apparel. My undercool allows me to do my favourite occupation of gardening for longer than without it, which makes me happy rather than frustrated. I’m also able to use it to help me when I overheat due to activity, such as going for a walk or doing household chores, which means I can maintain my independence.
