I’ve visit this location often and had nothing but a great experience! Staff is friendly and willing to help. Unfortunaly, I visited the location on Memorial day; 15 minutes prior closing. Employees were vocally upset customers were walking in. The behavior was of huffing and puffing when a customer walked in. However, one of the employees that cross the line was Dania. While I was waiting on line she was checking customers out and she had already made vocal remarks she wanted to leave and not to let more customers in. Dania used her wired headset staff uses to communicated and stated, I swear if another customer comes in, I swear…. I immediatly intervene and told her she was out of line. We are paying customers who are purchasing goods and service from this company.Dania needs to to understand her unprofessional behavior can cause loss of customers. For the manager on duty, he/she/they needs to speak to the team members from that shift and use this experience as a learning one. Dania was the leader of unproffesional behavior and the rest followed.
