It’s smaller than main store but employee r very friendly and helpful.. but today on may 31st went check out new release about 237 & 327 . Store was close before schedule. That’s bad for business. Although the rating be same as usual . Call Ahead

A big nod of acknowledgment to Marie; yesterday she helped me find my newest perfect pair of sneakers in the best professional way – discussion was particular to my needs and best products in my preferred catagories, no rush, and upbeat. I’ve shopped both Manhattan locations over the past few years and there’s definitely a more attentive and friendly vibe from all staff when compared to the Flatiron store. Flatiron vibe is ok but theres better focus on individual care at the UES spot. Unfortunately the inventory is lacking at UES as they are a smaller location; I wish they’d expand on selection available at UES.
