Purchased an Ernie Ball Stingray Old Smoothie from Sam Ash. They damaged it during setup, sent it anyways, and the return process wasn’t pleasant (terrible customer service). I’m pretty active in the bass community, and to my surprise (not) they sold the same damaged bass to someone else without mentioning the damage… Never giving these folks my business again. If you want quality instruments and service, go to CME or anywhere but here.
