I had a lawnmower that was under recall for faulty wiring and Devitt’s was the only authorized repair center within 50 miles. Something about this model of mower must’ve scared them because they did everything they could to keep me from bringing it in: telling me they didn’t have the parts, didn’t have the expertise, that it would take several weeks, etc. I even contacted the manufacturer asking to just send me a new one; they refused because Devitt’s was close by and was contractually obligated to provide the repair service. After that I took the mower on-site to Devitt’s. They basically refused to look at it. From the looks of the facility, it looks like they don’t like to take on too much work at once. I finally gave up and bought another brand of mower. Don’t count on Devitt’s…

Top notch service and parts that won’t break the bank. Owners are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Great place for Kubota owners and users in and around Newburgh who don’t want to take the trip to Pine Bush Equipment come time for service.
