My lease was ending on my Ford Edge and I just went in to kick the tires when I met Gina Cordasco. Gina qualified my needs and started searching for the 2021 Blazier I wanted. Unfortunately because of the pandemic the inventory was limited. After calls back and forth Gina called me to say she had just gotten in a Black one on the lot and that I should come look at it if I would consider the color. I went down and loved it. Through the whole process I did not feel one bit of pressure to sign right now. She told me my options and let me decide. A week alter I now have 700 miles on the car and I love it.

I went for an oil change, inspection, humming fan noise and parking light trailer issue. The service lady. Kate, called me and told me that there are no issues with the fan and no issues with the parking trailer light connection in the back.I insisted that there is an issue with the trailer light and that I researched it and most likely it is a burned fuse. I demanded to test it in my presence when I arrived. After I arrived she went to speak to the manager to get a technician to test it.The Manager Lucas, who told that Kate was wrong and that they in fact changed the fuse and that there is no need to test it because the fuse was changed. I took his word for it and went home with the truck. I was planning a trip with my trailer the following day to find out that the trailer light s are not working. I spoke with him and Kate separately, each one gave me a different story. She insisted that no fuse was changed and did not know what Lucas was talking about, Lucas insisted that they changed the fuse and that there is something wrong with my trailer. I ended up borrowing my brothers truck to haul the new trailer and the parking light s worked perfectly with his truck. I went back to the dealership to fix the issue and had to wait hours to address it. I called Lucas and left a message to complain about my negative experience and asked that he calls me back, He did not call me back. A day later I called him and he had the a terrible attitude problem and said that he is busy and to call GM and complain. It was nasty experience and I wasted 2 days a the dealership who are so unprofessional.
