Originally left a negative review because I felt this place did not care about me as a customer. The owner replied to my review within a day, and later in the week called me to tell me about a car he thought I would like. I am man enough to admit I misjudged this place, and perhaps judged them to quickly, and to guy, I apologize for that. What guy showed me was excellent customer service and that is what you are looking for from a dealership.

Had a lot of bad luck at big name dealers so I figured I would try local. Pellegrino not only showed better quality in work, but had way more of a family friendly environment! Brian Jackson felt more like a friend than a sales man, easy to talk too, and made sure my 2013 Honda Crv was ready before I even test drove the car, and I was more than pleased! Brand new brakes all around, car was clean, tires had many miles left and the car was as healthy as a horse! I would recommend Pellegrino Sales to anyone who’s looking for a quality used car!
