I went in to have a set off tire mounted and balanced. Yes the where oversized, but I had already put the lift on the truck. The service manager told me I need to put a lift on the jeep before the would be able too mount them. Because he owns a jeep he apparently has more knowledge than the company that built the left. Who informed me exactly what size tires to buy. This service shop sucks. I will never deal with them again!

There is always a ‘2 hour’ wait. But they do a good job and at a reasonable price. We are pleased every three thousand miles. We will return.

Took 2 hrs of being on hold to finally make an appointment. Dropped off my car for 2hrs, they told me my car was done so I get there and then i get the run around about how they couldn’t actually change my tires. If you’re going to make it appointment only, pick up your phone.
