Upon calling to check if my mom’s life sustaining medication was ready and I was rudely cut off, told that they are 3 days behind on prescriptions. I informed the pharmacist that is patient neglect. They had ample time to fill my mom’s scripts. I was told that I shouldn’t tell them how to do their job. However, three days behind on medication is not professional. I would suggest hiring more proficient pharmacist who know how to stay up to date and current. Kathleen Carlton was rude and inefficient. I would deem her incompetent in her profession.
