Overall, superior quality items with hit or miss service. Always friendly, sometimes helpful, is how I would describe it. I’ve always had better luck in person than over the phone. Don’t expect them to be able to tell you whether they have something in stock. Save yourself the 20 minutes of hold music and go check for yourself.
