Just some Phone with internet access
The lobby always seems packed. Even so, I always manage to get my package labeled and on it’s way. Some employees are more helpful and useful than others. I believe it’s past time UPS and DHL open up another store somewhere. Perhaps separately.

After traveling 3 years ago I had to mail my 2 laptops from New York to California. With a lot of apprehension due to the risk of damage I carefully proceeded to package the computers with lots of dunnage and bubble wrap. To my disappointment both laptops arrived horribly damaged with writing on the damaged box that said Misload…not sure what this means other than they possibly had a known handling incident in the shipping process?I started the insurance claim process and was met with a lot of mixed directions followed by non-responsiveness from their manager Joyce, contradicting directions as what to do with the damaged laptops, and the information that they needed. I have called literally dozens of times over the past 3 years, and many emails, and still no resolution.The theme of the responses were that this was up to corporate to resolve the claim, who then said that this needed to be handled by the UPS store location where this was shipped. The store has gone through multiple managers since then and the whole process seems to start up again with each new manager. It seems that this UPS store location is incapable of conducting business properly and following protocol for claims. This may be in part the reason for their high manager attrition.I would recommend avoiding doing business with this location as if there is an issue it is beyond them to even know what to do.
