I’d like to briefly share my extremely positive experience with H2O Pro Shop. I believe it’s important to spread the good word and reward those who are highly ethical and honorable people.I called in just to get a clarification about the installation of the bindings I purchased from H2OPS just a few days earlier. Needless to say, they were super friendly and willing to assist. They asked me to send a few photos of the bindings, and it is then when they noticed that they made an error because the colors of the bindings were not perfectly matching.Even though I only called in to get some technical advice, after answering my questions, they insisted to either replace one binding for the right color or to refund 25% of the total purchase price.I could not accept the replacement offer due to a scheduled trip overseas, and regarding the refund, I told them not to send it to me. It was a negligible error and at the time of pandemics, when small businesses are under severe pressure to survive, I was explicit that I did not need a refund.Guess what – they sent me that 25% rebate emphasizing they stand accountable for any mistakes they make and highlighting their imperative, which is a happy customer.A food for thought… Just imagine what would be like to live in a world where everyone would have the ethical principles and conduct such as H2O Pro Shop.

Went there to buy a wakeboard and was a great shopping experience. Staff was very friendly and kind and helped me every step of the way. Shared valuable information and helped me setup my board and customize it with out even asking. Overall very nice business I highly recommend for any water sports needs
