My daughter was on her way home from college this past weekend and found a screw in the tire. She went to Firestone to have it patched. Carmine would not repair the tire and would only sell her a new tire for 140.00. He advised that the repair is not within the acceptable repair range. My daughter texted me a photo which shows that it is within the allowable repair range. I spoke with Carmine to have him reconsider in patching the tire and he would not. All he wanted to do was to up sell and take advantage of two college kids heading home.I would stay clear of this Firestone business in Binghamton unless you want to pay for things you don’t need. There are plenty of honest businesses out there.
