Since moving from the Bay Area to LI in 2018, I’ve enjoyed great service and reliable care from the wonderful folks at Bicycle Playground. They’ve maintained my SuperSix Evo Di2, as well as do the research to turn my old mtb into a gravel bike (i asked and they were more than up to the challenge). Friendly and informative—this is a wonderful LBS, and I recommend them most highly. One more thing: they stock some really interesting bikes!

What can I say, this is the best Bike shop around. Great service, great selection, even better knowledge of bikes. I had a bike built from here plus get all my tune ups and upgrades from here as well. Always treated so great by everyone in the shop when I stop by. There is just a vibe when you walk in that makes you feel welcome each time. They take the time to talk to and listen to the customers and make sure that they are getting exactly what they need and want. I could not be happier with my Venge!! Thank you again Alex and your crew for always hooking me up!!
