Should be ashamed of themselves. My fiancé wanted to treat himself to a nice suit for our wedding. He walked in and was treated so horribly that I refuse to ever support this business. With no one in the store, the salesman refused to assist him for a custom suit stating that he was going to be away for vacation. The man was clearly working and no other customers were in the store so tell me how your day off tomorrow affects how you do business today? Absolutely disgraceful considering the amount it costs to do a custom suit.

My son was in a wedding party and this was the Jos. A. Banks the groom used. The sales associate who setup the groomsmen also helped my son. Jill was professional, patient with a 12 year old, polite, and highly knowledgeable about the product we were using. Thanks to her help and attentiveness, my son looked fantastic walking down the isle. Thank you Jill for setting him up.

Ordered 2 suits. Salesperson said he would expedite and get it by end of the week. No one called, 2 weeks went by. I called was told my suits were there. Got there and one suit didnt have the pants. The manager refused to consider a pair of pants from the store and said they needed to order the pants and I would need to come back. Very disappointing experience.
