Critical: Quality I was shocked the guy named bucks was extremely rude piercing my ear . Telling me I was doing too much because I screamed from being in pain as he pierced me and the second part was very painful, Terrible way of dealing with a customer, nasty attitude. Would not recommend you go to him

I made an appointment which required a 100.00$ deposit. When we arrived (Swiss) the appointed artist was not there and had left for the day. Saying he lived in Harrisburg, not far from where we lived and we could reschedule. When it came time to he was hesitant when I reached out and gave me the run around nc my husband wasnt exactly sure what he wanted and needed a consultation for help, But was ready and willing to pay what was asked he just needed a little help. Needless to say we nevee got another appointment and was told by Swiss that he doesn’t get the deposit and we would have to go to the shop IN BROOKLYN to get it back. Im still irked amd my husband wants to book with Cease but thats a 200.00$ deposit and who’s to say he wont cancel too. Very very disappointed
