I was new to the area and asked some people that I met in the area about a decent mechanic. I was recommended here, house of tires, and some other place I can’t recall. I looked at the reviews for this place and they were great so I figured I’d give it a try. I had a bad rear end and needed to keep the cost cheap. The old man in there said he would get me a rear end for $2-300 and about the same cost to install it. I said perfect. The next day, the son calls me after looking at the sheets and calls me to say that quote is impossible and that it would be $18-1900 to rebuild the rear axle. I told him what his father told me the day before and he was an A$$ about it saying they would never quote that. We went back and forth for a few minutes and he essentially he said take it somewhere else. Well guess who had to swallow his pride and call me the next day? The son. The false apologies and all the BS. But now he said they could do it for that initial quote from the old man. So in short, if the son(s) take this place over, I would recommend somewhere else as he seems to want to play the dirty mechanics tricks instead of helping out and doing it in an honest fashion. I went to House of Tires recently because I crossed Division off my list and Fred was great over there. Another old school guy, Like the old man at Division, with fair pricing and honest work. These young guys see dollar bills instead of doing an honest days work!

I have now had work done at this business multiple times, and I will never go anywhere else again. They have done right by me every time. They are honest, fair and reliable. I rarely write reviews, but I felt the need to share my experiences. I couldn’t be more impressed and I’m lucky to have found this place, I drive for a living and they keep me and my vehicle going. They work in a timely manner, and I have family and friends that all say they have been going here for years and they are the very best. Thank you Division Auto Care, I greatly appreciate all you do for me!
