This place is awesome. I’ve been here only a couple times but both times they have been remarkably friendly and very helpful. Sean helped me the first time, and Lina helped me today – both great people who show they truly care for what they do. Extraordinary customer service here. Definitely recommend, especially if you get one of these two behind the counter.

This location was great prior to 2020. Now the staff are just unfriendly, even RUDE. Particularly management. Rather than being greeted in a friendly manner, I am immediately scrutinized on ANY box I bring in to ship. I am them given a long spiel which almost borders on harassment about my boxes. About how they aren’t sturdy enough, or taped correctly, or this, that, and the other thing. About how management has the jurisdiction to deny my box for shipment. There’s always SOMETHING. There is never anything even remotely wrong with the boxes I bring in. They are all sturdy, secure, taped correctly, appropriate shape…etc. Perhaps they are just adamant on selling products but they’re DEFINITELY going about it the wrong way by badgering a customer as soon as they come through the door. There are helpful recommendations, and then there is undue criticism, which is what I receive each time. Nothing kind or courteous. Ever. Almost as if the staff just hates being there and being bothered by people. This location is right up the road from my work and I absolutely refuse to go here anymore because the staff has completely killed it for me. They could stand to learn about proper customer service and courtesy.

Don’t waste your time at this store. Tried to drop off an Amazon return. Female employee was both extremely unfriendly and incompetent. She insisted that the item needed to be returned to Kohl’s. I know Kohls handles Amazon returns – but not all returns and I had the label code and instructions with me. She still would not even try to scan the code. Incompetent.
