I received no seasoning on the chicken and they gave me calamari sized tenders.

My rating is more directed towards their delivery system. Every order I have ever placed has been late. I don’t know what their issues are, but they need quick attention. My orders are not only late, but usually cold. I assume it’s because the driver is delivering a ton of orders at once? Just rethink your whole delivery system please.

This was my first time eating at Luna and it was during the global pandemic, so my experience was including their social distancing and safety measures. Ordering on the iPad was a breeze. My partner and I ordered a taco special with the mezcal chicken tacos and the bulgogi tacos, wings, and Mexican poutine. The tacos came under-salted. The seasoning otherwise was fine, and the bulgogi was delicious, but the chicken and the fried egg and guac needed salt. After we asked for salt, all of the flavors came together beautifully with just a pinch. Yum!The tajin Mexican poutine was a fun twist on poutine, but I wish the “curds” were a bit chunkier, and the gravy element was missing a bit, but the salsa was a fun replacement. Also I think it was meant to cotija cheese, but we got feta. Either way, still innovative so that deserves 4 stars in my book. Definitely more tangy than comfort-y.Wings were great! We got boneless Buffalo. Perfect crunch and sauce!

I deleted my last review because the issue was reconciled with a refund and coupon, but once again… extremely disappointed with delivery. I ordered boneless wings and fries like I have many times and sadly it got messed up again. I received no seasoning on the chicken and they gave me calamari sized tenders. The amount of chicken in my order was equivalent to 2 normal tenders. Super wack and I’ve never gotten tan order like this. I love Luna when it comes to pickup bet I now 100% recommend avoiding delivery. I ordered at 11:29 pm, the live tracker said estimated arrival 12:10 and it didn’t arrive until 12:50. Wrong order and looks as though they purposely gave me terrible chicken tenders. Seems as though they always find a way to mess up your order. Maybe it’s because of my last review. I shouldn’t of deleted it.
