Purchased my 3rd and final vehicle from Blevins this year. Sales staff was exellent at first. Once the order was placed for a new vehicle, sales staff went very unresponsive. It was like pulling teeth trying to get answers sometimes. Everything was great again when the vehicle arrived until picked up.The only requirement I had when ordering this 60 thousand dollar vehicle was it needed to had mud flaps installed. I even chose a cheap 58 dollar set. Told time and time again that they were ordered… but here we are… its been over 5 months and the only response I’ve gotten is, ill look into it.Overall, Sales staff are exellent when trying to make a sale… but fail the follow through when they think they’ve already sealed the deal. You’ll probably do alright if just picking a vehicle on the lot and taking as is.
